Game Progress
Cogheim tracks its own scope as 130 declared work items across four pillars. These bars show how far that declared scope has reached toward a verified state — straight from the project's own tracking data, not a marketing estimate.
These bars measure how much of the declared scope has reached which verification state. They are not a schedule, and not a measure of time remaining. Nothing here counts as finished until it has been built, run, and verified against a log. Cogheim is in development; targets on this page are targets, not achievements.
Read This Before The Numbers
The Novels bar reads high mostly because the five-book Quintet is already finished — that's real, but it's the story, not the game. The game-side work of turning that story into playable systems is what's still ahead, and it's tracked separately in the bar below. The Memory bar reads low partly because that pillar's work has only been broken into a handful of large items so far, not because it's nearly untouched — a thin breakdown reads as a thin bar even when the underlying scope is real.
Verified, Not Claimed
The Road, In Plain Language
One Strider, walkable, under way, with a player inside. That's the proof the whole game is possible, and it's the thing every current session is working toward.
Feature-complete for the core loop — the Drifter tutorial, Meridian, Iron Frame exoskeletons, and RFA netcode all working together at load.
Content-complete — all five Strider classes, the economy, Syndicates, live events, and 6–10 playable regions.
Full live service — 35 regions, the complete roster, ongoing live operations.
No dates appear on this page on purpose. None of the above is scheduled — it's the honest shape of the work, in order.
