Thirty People, One Jacket

Tried to batch the whole cast tonight in one pass. Efficient, in theory. What came back was thirty-some people who all somehow ended up in some version of the same black leather jacket.

Not what I asked for, individually. But average enough people together and you get the average of all of them, and the average of thirty distinct characters is apparently one nondescript jacket.

Slower fix: one person, one session, every single time. No batching, no shortcuts. Took most of the night to accept that the slow way was the only way that actually produces thirty different people instead of one uniform.
